What sets bekal apart from other delivery services in the country is its halal certification by the Department of Islamic Development. bekal by foodpanda ensures that all food delivered through its platform is sourced from halal-certified vendors, and that it is delivered using a halal-certified fleet with dedicated riders. bekal is currently available in Putrajaya, with plans to expand to all areas in the Klang Valley region by July 2023, followed by a nationwide rollout. Customers within designated zones will be able to access the service through the dedicated bekal section of the foodpanda app.
