Amazon Fresh Expands To 60 Cities In India

Amazon India has announced the expansion of its comprehensive grocery service, Amazon Fresh, to encompass over 60 cities across the country.

In a press release, the company stated that the Amazon Fresh app-in-app experience will now provide customers with an extensive array of grocery products. This includes a wide selection of fruits, vegetables, chilled goods, beauty products, baby supplies, personal care items, and pet products, among other daily grocery necessities.

Srikant Sree Ram, Head of Amazon Fresh, expressed enthusiasm for the expansion, highlighting the convenience it brings to customers. He stated, “With this expansion, customers across the country will be able to purchase quality fresh fruits and vegetables delivered to them at their doorstep. We have observed a strong demand for seasonal products such as mangoes and summer essentials this season. Our primary focus remains on delivering the best online shopping experience to our growing customer base throughout the country.”

In addition to the expanded product range, customers will have access to supersaver deals, enabling them to save more when purchasing items for the month. Amazon also emphasized the positive response from customers regarding the user-friendly selection and navigation features of the app. The company recently introduced various thematic stores and events, including the mango fiesta, summer essentials store, snack store, and stream store. These offerings aim to provide customers with value across the entire selection of high-quality groceries.

The expansion of Amazon Fresh to more cities in India signifies the company’s commitment to meeting the evolving needs of customers and enhancing their shopping experience.
